If you want to hang out where the tourists are, go to Collins and Ocean; Lincoln Road is where the locals go. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops, some boutique clothing stores are very expensive though. Great place to people watch. Ladies, watch your purses, they get stolen off the back of chairs all of the time.... more

Lincoln road is ever changing, never perfect, yet just right. There is easy window shopping, cafe hopping, and the best people watching. We enjoyed Base immensely - the coolest store with the best music choices (try listening to new independent label artists recommended by one of the Base Tribe). Shopping @ Lincoln Mall The mall is located on Lincoln Road in Miami. This is a mall that you want to visit in the evening when it's nice and dark. We found this area very pleasant for a stroll and an overpriced cup of coffee. The lincoln road theatre was good, as was the community church. However you can find this sort of pedestrian walkway in virtually any city in the world. There were some reasonable souvenir shops. more

I came to Lincoln Road on Miami beach and fell in-love with this one store called Circle Art @ Home. They have the coolest furniture and little things to put around your home!
