The long strike is well and truly over and everything was back to normal when I stayed. The staff are all very friendly and the foyer area is nice. A Holiday Inn masquerading as a 4 star hotel. Location (above the central train station) is the one and only redeeming factor of this hotel. Obnoxious and intrusive staff was rude and unprofessional.
