A really great hotel, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it at all, I don't think it deserves some of the worse reviews that have been left. The room was beautiful, compact but perfect size for a couple I'd say. It was in a great location, an easy walk from Dublin's centre. Staff were friendly, and let us... more

I've stayed here on two seperate occasions this year and in 2006. Both times I was really impressed - friendly staff, good breakfast, a triple room that is affordable and big enough for 3 friends. They've refurbed this year, all neutral colours and it looks much smarter now. Lovely old building with high ceilings, walking distance to Temple bar but... more

Stayed two nights, Major leaks in the ceiling all through the Inn.They have buckets in the hallway to catch the water. Bathroom ceiling leaked through the light fixtures. It's a fire hazard. Also very noisy at night. They offered no discount . Place is in BAD shape.Even terrible rating is to good for them. more

This was the worst hotel we have EVER stayed in. The room was just able to hold a double bed. It smelt musty, tiles were falling off the walls of the 'en-suite' shower room, the door of the en-suite room could not be shut but, worst of all, the extractor fan in the shower room was hanging from the ceiling... more

First impression is nice, because of the finishings in reception and rooms, but the room too small for a double bed. Due to one side being stuck up against the wall, states has satellite tv, but only five channels and two in english ? strange that we where in Ireland and not Austria or Poland. And some channels were in... more

Parking space (only 3 cars!) impossible to find. Staff at reception desk very unfriendly. She did'nt seem to like her job. Her English wasn't very good either. We had to leave car keys at the reception and when we asked her why, she could just say that it was hotel policy!! Had to call the manager to get some answers!!... more

We arrived at 3 a.m.,and the night porter was very friendly and showed us to our room. We did not expect such a fine room in a three star hotel. After a great breakfast in the morning we went to Grafton Street and then on a bus trip of the city. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing... more

Worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've traveled all over the world. Rooms are absolutely TINY. 2 single beds were literally 3 inches apart. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen. VERY loud location, right on a VERY busy street, as well as being RIGHT next to a late-night bar/club, which means that there are people milling around outside (and yelling)... more

The hotel staff were very nice and the reception adviced us on places to visit and were happy to answer any questions, which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was lovely very clean and well decorated.... more

We found the best places were the Chester Beatty library, the National Muesum in Kildare Street and Newman House. The staff are very helpful and know every where to visit. The best theatres and... more
