This hotel was clean but very basic, there was no lounge and bar as advertised. It was very clean, central, eat as much as you like breakfast, safe. Our room was spotless after the cleaners. The staff were very friendly towards my 1 year old nephew which he loved! He got plenty of attention! Just a walk away from the shopping street. more

Keep in mind this hotel is rated 3 stars. For the cost and great location I recommend this place. Staff was great! Beds were hard. Rooms were clean. I saw 2 bugs in the bathroom room, like those silver fish thingys. more

The location is excellent, on Gran Via, with all the major sights nearby and the subway only steps from the hotel. The rooms are on the small side, though comfortable.
