Friendly staff who all spoke English. They gave us a free upgrade to our room upon our arrival. Convenient to the water bus (we took a water taxi from the airport for 95 Euros). This hotel is located near the San Basilio shuttle boat stop. We found the service excellent: The front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly and helpful. Included is breakfast (fruit, cereal, rolls, coffee, tea, juice), and free wi-fi, although the signal does not work in all the rooms, and only likes Microsoft Explorer. Sited on a quiet canalside location near the very lovely San Sebastion church. It had the benefit of access to lovely little trattoria like Bitte, charming side streets and a 10min walk to two different stops for the water bus. Paula on reception was charming and helpful without being obtrusive. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. more
