We stayed at the Antica Dimora hotel for our honeymoon in December 08 and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautifully decorated and we were made to feel really at home. Amanda, who was a very welcoming hostess, gave us some fantastic recommendations for restaurants, so we ate like a King and Queen, and we left Florence already planning... more

A very nice bed and breakfast in Florence. The service was very good, and the staff was very helpfull, Breakfast was included and very good. We also liked the room even though it was small. The short way to the center was perfect and we would recommend the hotel :-) and come again if we decide to see more of... more

My friend and I had stay in this hotel for 3 days, and we had a very good time there. We had spent quite some time to do research on the hotels in Florence and finally chose this hotel, and I believe I made a good choice. This small hotel is clean, cozy, and fairly quite -- when close the... more

Booked Antica Dimora Firenze on the recommendations of a friend and was not disappointed. Room was beautiful albeit a little cram with 3 of us and 3 huge pieces of luggage. Bathroom was clean and functional with a good shower. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff who also provided us with excellent recommendations of restaurants. Location... more

It was our first time in Italy. We had just come from a week in Rome. Arriving we were shown a room that was nice but did not have a view. We asked and were quickly accommodated with a very nice room in the back, away from the street. Perhaps the best thing at the hotel was the guidance we... more

When you arrive home after a full day of sight seeing the atmosphere is very welcoming with warmth, soothing classical music playing and free refreshments waiting for you to help yourself. The manager gave... more

My fiance and i stayed here for 5 nights in June. I came across this gorgeous B&B when trawling through the dozens of listings for Florence. Upon seeing the pictures, i was sold. It was as beautiful, romantic, and charming as they promised. Spacious and clean room and large bathroom (by Italian standards). The staff were warm and helpful (thank... more

We stayed 3 nights in this beautifully decorated and intelligently staffed bed and breakfast. Our comfortable canopied bed, marble bath, and antique furniture added to the romance of this trip. The residence is a very small and personable B&B in a seemingly residential area, but just footsteps from the Accademia and the major sights in Florence. The front desk staff... more
