The hardest part of staying at the Establshment is finding the entrance which is off an alley however once you arrive it is all good news from there. We stayed at the Establishment Hotel overnight as a special treat as we were dining at Est. which is located on level one. The Establishment is even harder to explain than Blue. It is understated and eye-catching at the same time. The jagged bottom of the building is scorched brick up to about 7 feet, and the top is modern glass and metal. It is decorated minimally in light neutral colors. My boyfriend and I stayed here 2 nights for my birthday (a Saturday and Sunday night).
