I visited Palomar (Dupont Circle) in mid-December for pleasure. The hotel is located 2-blocks from metro exit. Excellent stay! Wonderfully, the hotel is completely non-smoking. I stayed at this property in its previous lives -- a Sheraton Barcelo and a Radisson. I always enjoyed my stay here. It is now a Kimpton which has brought the distinctive Kimpton style of art and decor, which in some hotels is a distraction in my opinion. But not here.
