We really liked the Candy Cane Inn. The location was perfect if you are going to Disney Land & California Adventure. We walk a lot so we only used the Shuttle Bus once, but the driver was very polite, professional and nice (older Asian gentleman.. I wish I knew his name). The room was comfortable and clean. We had a... more

The good bits: a) Shuttle service to disneyland is good b) Landscaping is good c) Free fast internet d) Clean and Tidy The bad bits: a) Room was claustrophobic. Very non holiday/ non disneylandish b) Breakfast was meagrely spread. c) Breakfast area is so tiny it gets embarassingly crowded. No place to even stand, forget about finding a seat. If... more

Passed another great stay at the Candy Cane over Halloween weekend, and was struck once again by how hard they try to provide quality service. The shuttle is invaluable; It's always on-time and the drivers are nice, knowledgeable, dependable guys. I like arriving for a stay and seeing familiar faces! When I arrived on Halloween night, the desk staff gave... more

We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn Dec. 14-16, 2008 in a Standard 2-Queen Room. This was our first stay at this property. We booked through the hotel directly, and using our AAA discount received a rate of $102.00 per night, which was very competitive with other properties on Harbor offering fewer perks. We arrived well before check-in, at about... more

Thank you so much for your kind comments regarding our guest rooms, property appointments, services and most importantly our family of Candy Cane Inn employees. James, at the front desk is our long term expert on the hotel and things to do and places to go while visiting. Mr. Lee, our shuttle driver is truly a welcome addition to the...

Husband and I stayed for 4 nights from Monday Dec 8 - Fri Dec 12. They accommodated our request for a quiet room away from the pool. Having no elevator to the 2nd floor is not too convenient for international travellers with lots of heavy bags at the end of a three week trip, but we are fit and strong... more

In regards to our mattresses, they are a Serta Double Pillowtop Mattress. I would be happy to provide you with the product information. Please feel...

Our family stayed at the Candy Cane Inn for 3 nights in September for our Disneyland trip. There was remodeling being done, but we hardly even noticed. The front staff was very accommodating in getting my 88 year-old Grandmother a ground level room, for which we were very grateful. In all, our party had 3 rooms (6 adults, 3 small... more

I am so very happy that your Grandmother was able to enjoy a visit with her family at our Inn. Our hotel is built around many families and their ability to enjoy themselves at a place that they feel comfortable and call "home" with a staff that is caring and genuine. We thank you for your business and wish you...

I was going to this hotel because I was going to Disney World/California Adventure. I had the biggest feeling this hotel was going to be really bad. When i got there it was the complete opposite. In the lobby there was a shop where you could buy drinks, food... The rooms were cozy and humble, I used to order the... more

We recently stayed at the Candy Cane Inn because the Disneyland Hotel was booked. We love the ambience of the Disneyland Hotel although the staff are not the "happiest" people on earth. Anyway, we choose the Premium rooms for the extra amenities and the space. We had adjoining rooms but not connecting rooms as requested. I always have difficulty having... more

We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn for a couple of nights while we were visiting Disneyland. The rooms were clean and nicely kept up. Breakfast consisted of the standard continental breakfast choices - fruit, pastries, bagels, cereal. The location can't be beat if you're visiting Disneyland. It was a less than ten minute walk to the main gates. more

Due to availability, our party of six chose to spend one night in two standard rooms and three nights in connecting deluxe rooms. For an additional $10 per night per room, we got not only the convenience of a connecting door, but more storage space, including a discrete closet (the standard room did not have a closet per se, just... more
