We spent 7 nights at this hotel; within walking distance to Disneyland resort; fantastic choice of inexpensive restaurants close by; very helpful staff; free internet available anytime; very clean and generously sized room and although it is close to the freeway, we didn't have any trouble with noise. We love the Howard Johnson Hotel in Anaheim. It is a must for families who have travelled to Disneyland and can't afford the $$$ for the resort hotels on site. We stayed at HOJO's 12-06 thru 12-11 and had a wonderful vacation. Our family group of 8 reserved 3 Premium Disney View rooms at the Entertainment card rate ($74/night) and the rooms were wonderful. we stayed 10 nights back in sept..found the place great., 8 mins walk to disneyland..great amenities.. room was spotless very friendly helpfull staff and the shop onsite was very convienent. The traffic noise was a bit loud from our unit....Hopeing to return in 2010 and will stay there agian..just need the kiwi dollar to get stronger again. more

The walk to the park is worth it! The place is cleaner than some of the closer motels. (such as the ones right across from the entrance) The rooms are clean, the pool is clean, good store, next to Mc Donalds and Mimi's. Nice view of the fireworks. But the best thing was the suite.
