I've been all over the world to many resorts and hotels and I can easily say that this is the best hotel staff you will ever have. The hotel is older and could use a new layer of paint but everything is clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. I've never been able to say before that... more

This hotel is certainly top of the line in my book. Clean Spacious Rooms with awesome views of the courtyard or the ocean off Ka'anapali Beach. They have the friendliest staff of anyplace I have ever stayed. At any given time anyone of thier staff members is willing to go out of their way to make your vacation the best... more

The staff is outstanding!! We were happy with every aspect of our stay. Only thing is to be careful to where your rooms is. If you are in the Molokai Wing, I would recommend changing rooms. We were original assigned there, and were ok with it, then a friend upgraded our room to the Lanai Wing and it was 200%... more

KBH is a great place to bring the family. The staff is great and the hawaiian activities/passport program for the kids will keep them busy. Every night at the bar the whole family can enjoy a hula show and music while your liitle ones dance. more

In November we returned to the Kaanapali Beach Hotel for our third stay. As soon as we pulled up to the front we felt as if we were coming home. The staff here are so friendly and accomodating. It is such a nice feeling to actually be remembered from a previous stay! It would not be classified as "elegant" but... more

Be very careful about booking your visit on this side of the island. The Lahaina area is known to be uber touristy, so if you are looking for authentic Hawaii - look elsewhere. One thing this area does have going for it is a nice beach with a view of nearby Molokai. Unfortunately Ka'anapali Resort does not have much to... more

This is the second time I have stayed at 'ka'anapali beach hotel' and i will continue to make this a yearly destination. This hotel creates a uniquely hawaiian experience from the moment you enter the hotel grounds. Unlike other hotels on the island, this one is a bit more simple. If you are going to Hawaii to stay in a... more

We could have not asked for a nicer experience than we had at the KBH facility. First and foremost the people who work there treated us with respect, are friendly and we were always greeted with an Aloha and a big smile. Nothing quite like that to start your day!! Our room was great and had a beautiful view of... more

I saw this hotel featured on the Vacation channel. It was described as the most Hawaiian hotel. The show featured the grounds, hotel rooms and the special features they offer such as lei making, hula instructions, kids crafts and so on. What impressed me the most from this show was how the hotel staff said good-bye to their guests. They... more

My wife and I have just returned from a very enjoyable 2 week stay at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel, Lahaina, Maui. All the staff here are the most friendly, happy and helpful that we have ever met. The hotel encourages and demonstrates traditional Hawaiian crafts and skills and it's well worth observing these. The grounds are beautiful, spotless and very... more
