My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Doubletree in August 2007. We lived in the area for years, but had never considered having our reception there despite its proximity to our ceremony location. But then my husband was doing some searching online and found the website. We visited once and booked it right away! Kimberly Findley was... more

For our first venture into Boston, my boyfriend and I chose the Doubletree Guest Suites because we loved the idea of being on the Charles Esplanade, and we figured it wasn't far from all the hot spots. We were sort of right. This Doubletree is closer to Harvard than anything else. Harvard's campus is beautiful, especially in the fall when... more

Booked this hotel on Priceline for $81.00 a night! The bonus here is the FREE SHUTTLE! Service to Boston Common/Copley Square/Harvard Square/Aquarium. This eliminates the need for the T. Our view overlooked the Charles River directly below and Harvard/MIT. Please note this is not a hotel within walking distance of anything. Take the Shuttle! Rooms were spotless and spacious. Refrig,... more

We booked one night at the double tree through Priceline and the second night using rewards. Since we have two young girls, the size of the room was a big plus. The service was great, everyone was friendly and professional. Would return. more

I came for business, and this hotel handled my needs masterfully. We were greeted at the door, and all of the arrangements were handled in an efficient and in very friendly manner. I'll be returning to Boston for a personal visit with my wife and this is where we'll stay. My room had a beautiful view of the rowers on... more

Spent two nights and three days at the Doubletree Guest Suites in Boston recently and wish we could have stayed longer! Our family of four spread out in the roomy suite, which was equipped with flat screen TVs, a small fridge, microwave and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The staff was so personable, polite, pleasant and professional... more

Big rooms with suite-style lounge, microwave , fridge and coffee machine. Hotel out of town but not a problem as hourly shutle bus right to downtown (10/15 mins drive) and not very far to walk over bridge into Cambridge for metro/underground - T at Central. Great for visiting Harvard as well and for running by the river. Jazz club was... more

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4-nights and it was pleasant, if unremarkable. Location was just okay. I was glad to have a room with a view of the city and not what looked to be a chemical plant next door. Once in the hotel, the atmosphere was good. Facility was clean and pretty quiet. I do find hotels with... more

I frequently pass through Boston and stay at this Doubletree every time. The service is consistently excellent, the staff always welcoming and professional. The recent renovations in the lobby, the restaurant and the fitness center were executed in a commendable fashion and resulted in a superior lodging experience. Staying at this property always makes my business travel much more pleasurable,... more

We got a great deal on Priceline, it's a little off the beaten track, but for a few nights its great. There is a free shuttle to and from various places around the city. The rooms are great, plenty of room, after New York it's a mansion! The staff are friendly and helpful. Erica on the front desk went out... more
