The hotel is in a nice area overlooking a park and some of old Boston. We used hotel as a base firstly for shopping and then for family wedding. Perfect in every respect for these, the wedding setting was just spectacular and attention by the staff was excellent all round. WELL DONE COPLEY. more

This is a great fairmont -- loved the historic hotel, beautiful lobby, nice restaurant and bar, clean nice room, but above all loved being able to sign out Catie the Canine Concierge (big lovable black lab) for a walk. Great hotel, great service too. more

We were there on business but the hotel made us feel on vacation. We were on the gold level and it's true it's a hotel within the hotel. Being on only one floor it's great! Both the room and the lounge are very well furnished and made to look more like an old mansion than a hotel, charming and cozy!... more

Loved the Fairmont! The room at the Fairmont was clean and beautiful.....it felt as though we were staying in an old mansion. Book the Gold Room level if you can. The service was amazing and it was so convenient to have breakfast, snacks, and drinks right at hand. We recently stayed at the Copley for a wedding. The event itself was beyond belief; everything was perfect and the staff could not have been more attentive. The room was small but spotless with a beautiful bathroom and a delightfully comfy bed. Great location; right around the corner from Newburry Street shopping. Just loved it there!!! more

Staying at the Fairmont Copley Plaza was a fabulous change from the usual business hotel. The renovated rooms are lovely - mine was very big on the corner, with a nice desk area, large flat screen TV and a fireplace with mantle.
