Out of all the Four Seasons we have seen and stayed in, this definitely was not one of the best. We were in a room directly overlooking the public gardens, which were lovely. The location was wonderful. The greeting from front desk staff was great. Our room was beautiful - so why couldn't we give this an "Excellent"? Service in the Bristol Lounge is the answer. This is not one of the best Four Seasons with some of the rooms a littel dated but the service and location are excellent. Four Seasons service stands them out above other properties and this was no exception. I had a great room which was oversized with sitting area and large bathroom no seperate shower. This hotel is spectacular in both its features and its service. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel, from the elegant lobby area, to the comfortable and spacious guest rooms to the incredible dining room. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston. It is in a good location and close to alot of shops and restaurants. more

We had a great time. We were there for a wedding (which was lovely, great food and decor and service) and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious and well outfitted. Service (one hour valet, shoeshine, newspapers, concierge making salon bookings) was great and check in and out was a breeze. Staff was very service oriented. more

Typical Four Seasons. Amazing service, restaurants, rooms and location. Close to Newbury Street and the Public Garden we were only there for a night but it was worth it! Had dinner and afternoon tea. We were upgraded from room to suite and had a marvelous time. more
