This hotel is located on 45th between 6th and 7th Avenues. On the corners there are: Starbucks, Whole Foods, CVS pharmacy and Kinkos. The location is EXCELLENT. The room was large by New York standards, clean, had a king bed - comfortable, nice linens. The bathroom was more than sufficient and extremely clean. The staff was friendly, though spartan. I stay at this hotel quite a bit (and other hotels in Manhattan for that matter), mainly because my husband is a Starwood Platinum member and can use his Starwood points. However, that's the only reason I ever stay here. Once, we had a room that smelled distinctly of urine; another time, a room so small that the furniture blocked... more

We were booked into this hotel for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon and I couldnt have been happier. The lobby and reception staff were excellent, check in was quick and easy. We were starwood preferred guests and had a room on the 17th floor with an excellent view of the empire state building. The room had a huge... more

Stayed at the Four Pts. with friends for a night out on the town and were looking for something close to chelsea/ village bars. Checked in early by a staff member who was a little indiffrent, but was pleasant. Had two double beds that were not a bad size at all, however the sheets would come off the bed often... more

Located on 25th street, this Four Points is located off the main area of Times Square, Broadway, etcetera, but that isn't a bad thing. There was less noise, glitter and lights than those other places. The hotel was located right off 7th Avenue and there was always a cab driving by so there was no wait standing around on the... more

While adequate and not a disaster by any means, this isn’t a hotel I would select for a future stay in Manhattan, simply because far nicer hotels can be had for a lower price in superior locations. Even if using priceline, this hotel isn’t a bargain by any means. If I had to sum up the feel of this hotel... more

My 3yr old daughter and I stayed for 2 nights at the Four Points Chelsea and had a good stay. Yes, the rooms are small by American standards, but I found that there was plenty of room to move around and I did not spend that much time in the room anyway. Staff was courteous and the hotel was quiet.... more

Having read several not-so-great reviews of this hotel, I did not have high expectations, but needed to stay in Chelsea for work. I thought this hotel was totally fine. The room (2 full size beds) was larger than similarly priced hotels I have stayed in in NYC in the past. It was spacious (for this price in NY) with a... more

I booked this room through points we had accumulated on Starwood Preferred Guest Amex Card. We stayed three nights, arriving on Friday around 4 PM. Contrary to some other reviews, we found the staff to be young, courteous and almost overly friendly. They had the lobby decorated for Halloween with candy bowls, etc. The lobby was not confusing at all,... more

Stayed for two nights and thought the room was fine. I did not stay in the room a lot as I was exploring NYC. Front desk staff was polite. As expected, the room was small, but again, it was clean and safe. It is within easy walking distance to Penn Station as I flew into JFK, took the airtrain to... more
