I have stayed twice at the Kitano, but not on my last visit to Manhattan. That was a mistake. I will definitely re-book this hotel. Kitano has a great location. It's very central, only few blocks from the Grand Central Station, shopping on Madison, sights on Fifth Avenue, etc. Room are extremely clean and well organized. You do get a nice size room for NYC standards. Flat panel TV, water heater with green tea packs, slipper and quality bathroom products are some of the offerings.... more
