This is a clean and comfy but well worn motel. OK for a budget motel. Good for an overnight stop on a road trip. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Phone broke but clerk promptly replaced it. Completely agree with other reviews.Tired old motel.Linens and towels dreadfull.Depressing experience.Has put us off staying in a Howard Johnson again,especially as this has had a gold star award. The reception however was friendly. more

I wanted to stay at the Crystal Inn after coming back from a week long backpacking trip in Southern Utah. Unfortunately the Crystal Inn had no rooms available.
