From the moment the four of us arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the room over the driveway, the other couple stayed in the court yard area. After becoming stranded for the night by a reservation snafu at another hotel, Bruce at the front desk of Hotel Provincial came to our rescue. He was patient, gracious and understanding and he gave us a wonderful king room at a great price. I don't have anything bad to say about the Hotel Provincial. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with flat screen TV. The restaurant next door, Stella!, was delicious, somewhat pricey, but still a good value. Beware though, if you are superstitious, this hotel is listed as one of the "most haunted" places... more
