The room was very clean and we had a great view of the beach from the 12th floor. Absolutely, positively the most wonderful hotel experience in Waikiki. Reserved ocean front room and stayed in Room 404 first night. Requested to be relocated to a higher floor room by 2nd day and staff graciously moved all our luggage up to Room 1306 while we were busy sightseeing. Unbelievable ocean view from room!
