We turned up fairly late on a wet Sunday evening when the rest of Normandie was closed. A warm friendly welcome, an upgraded room and confirmation we could eat in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. It transpired we were the only people staying, the restaurant should have been closed and the people we had passed on the drive... more

Hostellerie Le Clos is absoutely wonderful, the buildings and ground perfect, the rooms beautiful and very french and in great condition, the food was unbelieveably good, try the 40 hours cooked veal!
